Cursed Tape started with my love for those wonderfully cheesy 80s horror movies and the strange charm of old VHS rental stores. After playing Project Zomboid, I fell in love with the isometric perspective and wanted to bring that feeling into my own horror game, which I'm building in Godot. Meanwhile, I built a small Three.js demo and repurposed it into a movie recommendation experience, where you can discover wonderfully ridiculous 80s horror films through the eyes of a VHS store assistant.
